An Empire of Faith!

A boy came into a tiny hamlet
Absorbed in the self day and night

Meditated near a neem tree
From desires was he ever free

Who knew what the future beheld
He sat alone feeling neither hot or cold

Disappeared one day all of a sudden
Much to the dismay of the Villagers

Reappered in the Nizam dominion
As an aulia in Chand Patil's opinion

Who knew that this poor begging fakir
Was to bless the richest of emir

An empire of faith was established
Differences and evil was abolished

He declared boldly before everyone
Listen to me "God is one"

To the Hindus he is Ram
And to the Yavanas he is Rahim

To the Jews,Samaritans and Christians he is Yahweh
To the Fire worshippers he is Ahura Mazda

To those who follow the divine 10 Gurus
He is called by them as Waheguru

To the followers of Siddhartha Gautama
He is known as the state of Nirvana

Follow with all your heart your own religion
Doing so find humanity and love within

No new religion or Math was established
No new religious order was laid out

He showed to one and all
That God is our all in all

Difference between God and Guru is none
The Jivatma (Soul) and the Paramathma (God) is one

I bow before the divine  Samartha Sadguru Sai
He is to his devotees their Mai (Mother)

Blessed are those who resort to the feet of the Sadguru.The Sadguru protects us like a mother. His attention is ever on his children and he never allows them to be hurt ever! Today another incident proved that the Sadguru is ever looking after his devotees. Today I was in great agitation at my own helplessness and I was afraid that my image was tarnished for no fault of mine. But then Sainath came to my rescue and calmed the raging storm within me. I woke up today after a small nap. I was awakened by a phone call. A dear relative had called over the phone and the person seemed to be upset that I was fit enough to visit the Sai temple during Guru Pournima and yet I was not in a position to visit them. Om Jai Sai Ram! Om Shree Swami Samarh ! One must have firm faith in his sadguru . By fully surrendering one's mind,body and actions to the Sadguru ,one can sail smoothly in the ocean called samsara (life), which is full of tornadoes and hurricanes and reach the destination, viz union with brahman . As long as we have the "I" or ego, it is indeed hard for us to cross this ocean of Samsara . I therefore submit my ego to my Sadguru , and pray to his lotus feet, to help me sing his glory, which has no beginning and no end. All the scriptures of all the religions world over are not sufficient to describe his splendor and glory and fully describe him.
